RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyer covers shipping costs of return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as jewelry (bracelets, necklaces), pantyhose, and belts. Please get in touch before making a purchase if you have questions about a specific item — we'll gladly explain our policy to help you avoid return costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items (final sale), or gift cards.
